Type 1: First bend your right leg so that your thigh is as close to your chest as possible, pause for 3 seconds and then straighten it. Change the left leg. Do this 20 times in a row.

Second type: Bend your legs, place your arms on both sides of your body, slowly lift your head and upper body, stay for 1 minute, and then lower. Repeat until your waist feels sore.

The third type: Use the head and feet as the support points, push the waist and hips upward, and the body forms a bridge. Hold for 30 seconds, then put it down and rest for 2 minutes before doing it again
