- Green layer:
- 40 g Light Digest Whey Protein (Pistachio)
- 50 g Skyr
- 25 ml Water
- White layer:
- 100 g Skyr
- 1 tsp. Stevia
- Topping:
- 200 g Raspberries
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare two jars.
Step 2: Take 100 g of skyr and add stevia to it.
Step 3: Spread the white layer in two prepared jars.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients of the green layer.
Step 5: Divide the green layer evenly over the white layer.
Step 6: Put in freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from freezer and top with your favorite cold fruit.
Step 8: Enjoy!
