Stand naturally, holding dumbbells at your sides with both hands (mineral water can be used instead).

Inhale, raise your arms to shoulder height in front of your chest, palms facing down.

Exhale, bend your knees slightly, and bend your upper body downward with your hips as the fulcrum until it is close to 90 degrees with the ground (just feel the tension in your back muscles).

With your palms facing each other, lift your arms straight back and parallel to the ground.

Stand up and return to an upright position. Repeat 15 times.
