It made us curious to find out what are some of the healthy meals and foods that you crave. Here is a list of some meals we crave that are very healthy for you.
1- Salads with all the fixings you desire like avocado, feta cheese, bbq chicken, various nuts, eggs etc.
2- Protein pancakes and protein waffles with mixed berries on top.
3- Home made chicken fingers baked and not fried.
4- Egg salad and tuna salad wraps or sandwiches.
5- Homemade trail mix with non-salted nuts and dark chocolate.
